Log into your profile by going to the website www.tagngo.com and clicking on "Log in" on the home page. Click on icon at top right hand corner of the page and select My Account. From My Account click edit your timezone where you can then set your timezone. The time zone should always be set to the zone where the journey is happening. If you are using the mobile app, the time shown on the app is the time zone where the cell phone is.
