Situational speeding: A driver has a high level of speeding, but only on a small percentage of trips. The driver running late for school or work might cause this. Maybe the driver needs to set an alarm to get up earlier, allow more time for commutes, or find a better route.
Incidental speeding: Is speeding on a small number of trips, and for only a small portion of those trips, and may require no corrective action.
