When your connector arrives, log into your Profile.
Select "My Connectors" enter text in the box beside Driver * It's useful to name your connector especially if you have more than one, this will help you identify each of your connectors when you are viewing trips. You can also upload a picture of the car, which makes identifying trips even easier!
Don't forget to click on Save when you are finished. If you have more than one connector, just simply repeat this process.
The Tag N Go connector plugs into the OBDII port in your car (used as standard equipment in most cars manufactured since 1996). If you need help finding the OBDII port on your vehicle, consult your owners manual.
Plug the Tag N Go Connector into the port. You may notice small lights flashing from the side of the unit. This is normal and means the Tag N Go unit is searching for it's signal.
You're ready to go! You can immediately track your vehicle in real time, replay trips, set-up GeoFences and Notifications, begin to establish your DriveScore™ and so much more. Some vehicles need to be driven a short distance (e.g. around the block) to complete the set-up process - but most do not.
